Introduction

        The wear layer is a translucent matte material covering the surface of the plastic floor tile. The material is soft and can be manufactured in different thicknesses and embossments for customers to reprocess and fit.

The printing layer is a white (plain) material in the middle of the plastic floor tiles, which is also called the LVT printing layer. The hard material is mainly used for printing. After customers print wood or stone patterns by themselves, they can be laminated with base materials and fabrics to make plastic floor tiles.

Characteristics

1. The wear layer is wear-resistant and easy to clean, has high dimensional stability and is not easy to shrink. The customer can do surface treatment to increase scratch resistance.
2. The printing layer has good color water stability and excellent flattening, and has good inking properties and is easy to print without fading.
3. The wear and printing layer are well flattened and have good dimensional stability, suitable for continuous and hot-pressed multilayer laminating processing.
4. The wear and printing layer meet the requirements of environmental protection and low-volatility TVOC according to customer needs, and the quality is stable and exported to major European and American vinyl flooring manufacturers.
